Shipping Area
- We currently ship to New Zealand addresses only.
- Orders cannot be shipped internationally at this time.
Dispatch Times
- Orders are dispatched the same day if placed before 11:30 AM NZST on business days.
- Orders placed after 11:30 AM, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Shipping times depend on the item’s size and the NZ Post service used.
- Most orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
- Postage is calculated based on the size and weight of the item at checkout.
- You will see the exact cost before completing your order.
Packaging
- All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
- Fragile items, collectibles, and games are packaged with extra care to ensure they arrive in the condition described.
Lost or Damaged Items

- We will work with NZ Post to resolve the issue.
